Temporary Food Event Application – General
Temporary Food Event Requirements
Food vendors are required to obtain an Allendale Board of Health Special Events Permit for participation in Allendale Festival Day. Please select the “Temporary Food Event Application” link above, print, complete, and mail to A. Richards, Administrative Assistant, Borough of Allendale, 500 West Crescent Avenue, Allendale, NJ 07401. Please note that the $50 permit fee has been waived for Allendale Festival Day. Thank you.
